The Library offers access to the New York Times. Create your account or log in through the PCOM New York Times portal.
As you login you might get a webpage that asks "Did you mean nytimes.com?", if you do simply click on "Ignore" and you will be taken to the account creation page.
Once you create your account, you can access it via the NYTimes mobile app or through your web browser.
