How do I find my Library ID number?

Answer

Your Library ID# let's you put hold on books in the library catalog.  All other library resources are accessed via your network credentials (some resources will require a personal account be made). Your Library ID Number is a NINE DIGIT number consisting of LEADING ZEROES followed by digits from the back of your PCOM ID, like 000012345.

For most patrons, the following image shows how to find your ID Number on the back of your PCOM ID. Note that some IDs do not have leading zeroes. You must include the four leading zeroes when logging. You will need to add enough leading zeroes so that the number is NINE DIGITS. If your card shows 5 digits, add 4 leading zeroes (000012345). If your card has only 3 digits, add 6 leading zeroes (000000123).

For PCOM IDs issued prior to Summer 2014, your Library ID # consists of four zeroes + the first five digits on the back of your PCOM ID (see below).
